Not only were we impressed with our agent, but her very efficient assistant was "Johnny on the spot," bringing in papers she knew would be needed without having to be asked. She was like the surgery nurse assisting a doctor in OR, knowing in advance what instrument to hand him and when. Very impressive.
We even got another of your agents involved with helping us turn on our electricity long distance. She unselfishly came into play to assist in easing our transition even more so. Thank you! There were also others who kindly answered our questions when necessary. What a great team!
