My husband, Dana, and I were high school sweethearts at Manatee 
High School in Bradenton, Florida. We keep up with the Manatee Hurricanes to this day. "Go Canes!" Here are Karen and Dana when they attended the Manatee High School Reunion in 1999.
We have lived in this beautiful mountain and lakes area for 25 years. Hiwassee Dam, just outside of Murphy N.C., is the area we call home. Boating, fishing, skiing, boogie-boarding and tubing are all pastimes we, with our four children, enjoy. The lakes are beautiful, 
clear and refreshing and we continually retreat to them for relaxation and renewal. This is the family's favorite group picture of the childen taken in 1998.
We are truly blessed by God to be able to live in the most beautiful place in the world.
Before becoming a real estate broker I taught in the area Christian school and interpreted for the deaf at the local college and at First Baptist Church, Murphy. It is my pleasure to introduce you to the area we call home. We are proud of this location. God has led us here and, quite possibly, He is leading you here too. Come, relax and enjoy.
